Litigation
While we believe litigation should be a last resort, we are here to guide you through the process should it become necessary. We represent clients in a variety of civil litigation, including but not limited to contract disputes, real estate, boundary, and access disputes, family law, construction defect claims, and probate.
Registered Agent
Montana businesses are required to have a registered agent. As your registered agent, we ensure time-sensitive, important correspondence is never overlooked and that reports are timely filed with the Secretary of State.
Mediation
We believe that negotiated settlements are often preferable to court-ordered resolutions. Our years of experience with a wide variety of legal issues in both transactional and litigation contexts make it possible for us to help you resolve disputes early in the process.
